I myself did not write this but it is about me so I felt the need to post it on here.My boyfriend wrote this about me and i think its a beautifull poem so just wanted to share it with everyone on here 
If
If my heart could sing it would sing you a song
One that you would play on repeat all day long
If my heart could dance it would dance all through the night
From when the sun goes down until the beginning of light
If my heart could write it would pen you a book
An epic that captures you from the first look
If my heart could run it would run you a race
Thinking of you would spur it into first place
If my heart could paint it would paint your face
An angelic vision filled with such beauty and grace
But the only thing that it can do is beat
Pumping blood around from my head to my feet
So while it may not be much, it does that for you
Regulating the flow of un-oxygenated blood that's blue
I admit there are more impressive feats
Things you could put on stage and sell seats
But it's good at what it does, it should be by now
It's had millions of tries to learn exactly how
So the quite simple task is at least done well
I still have a pulse and that's easy to tell
And so the heart in my chest is now eternally yours
So full of love it's bursting out at the pores
